Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
- Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected, but most orders arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment.
- International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
- Shipping Delays: Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, holidays, or weather conditions.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging.
Return Process
- Request a Return Authorization: Please contact our customer service team at orders@colorsgummies.net to initiate a return. All returns must be authorized prior to being sent back.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product received.
- Inspection and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is approved. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at orders@colorsgummies.net.
